Usagi is getting married to Mariko and he asks Leo to come for the ceremony. Also, he needs help keeping his bride safe until the wedding. His brothers are hesitant to spend more than just a few hours there since there's been heavy Purple Dragon activity lately. So Mona Lisa volunteers to go with Leo.
Out of all the brothers, Mona is the least closest to Leo, but she wants to get to know him better. Leo doesn't know how he should act around her and feels awkward around her. So this story would be an opportunity to get some good Mona/Leo interaction.
The line for the title comes from this song. The lyrics don't really properly describe the scene, but, for some reason, the tune really carried the picture. I listened to it quite a bit when working on this picture.
