Anime Rainbow Brite - Stormy

Another character from Rainbow Brite ....kinda anime style. Stormy isn't one of the color kids and I'm not really sure exactly how much she's in the actual show. But I still think she's a cool character. I played around with her outfit a bit. I was in that 'fashion design' type mood. However, those ARE the colors she wears. Yes, I know. Those crazy 80's and their colors.
